  • 驗收項目 (R3)：功能完整性、整合完成度（軟硬整合/外觀整合）、簡報與展示 (含英文摘要)。
  • 驗收重點：功能必須會動 (Works-like) / 程式需部署上雲端。
  • 紅線：現場 Demo 失敗或僅撥放影片者，此項不計分。
  • 文件：需繳交 PRD (更新 Phase 3 實作與測試內容)。

  • 資產傳承： 將公款採購設備歸還系上，數位資產開源或歸檔至系辦伺服器。
  • 離校手續： 清點完成後由指導教授、組員都簽名清點確認完成後，將確認單交給系辦完成手續。離校確認表

團隊熔斷機制 (Team Dissolution Protocol)

若團隊發生不可調和之衝突，請務必依據「組內共識協議書」啟動程序。

  • 財務清算： 國科會補助款($48,000)與公基金需依協議分配。
  • 除名機制： 組員無故失聯或工作未完成達 3 次勸導無效，得啟動除名。
  • 中途退出： 已繳交的保證金與固定成本不退還。
